TUITION & PAYMENT INFORMATION:
2026–2027 Season
HOW TUITION WORKS: Tuition at Waves of Motion is based on 30 dance lessons for the 2026–2027 season.
Our tuition is calculated as an annual rate for the full 30-lesson season. For your convenience, we offer several payment options that allow families to divide their annual tuition into manageable payments.
Important: Monthly or quarterly payments are not based on the number of classes occurring in a particular month or quarter. Your tuition remains the same throughout the season because you are enrolling in a full 30-lesson program.
Some months may have more or fewer classes due to holidays, breaks, studio closures, and our annual schedule. This does not change the annual tuition.
Think of tuition as a seasonal commitment, not a month-to-month payment.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: Families may choose from the following payment options:
⭐ PAY IN FULL: Receive 10% off annual tuition when the full balance is paid before the first day of classes (September 8, 2026).
QUARTERLY PAYMENT PLAN: Annual tuition is divided into 4 equal quarterly payments. Quarterly payments are installments toward the annual tuition balance and are not based on the number of lessons occurring during that quarter.
MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN: Annual tuition is divided into 10 equal monthly installments. To secure your dancer's enrollment for the full season: The first and final installments are due at registration. The remaining 8 installments are paid throughout the season according to the payment schedule below. The first and final installments are not additional fees. They are both payments toward your dancer's annual tuition.
OTHER TUITION INFORMATION:
CLASS ENROLLMENT: A class must have a minimum of 5 students in order to run. Classes with low enrollment will remain open through September 30, 2026. After that date, Waves of Motion reserves the right to cancel or combine classes.
WITHDRAWAL: The last day to withdraw from a class is September 30, 2026. Families wishing to drop a class after this date must notify the studio by email.
TUITION POLICY: Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable. Enrollment in a class represents a commitment to the full 30-lesson season. Monthly or quarterly payment plans are payment arrangements for the annual tuition and do not constitute month-to-month enrollment.
SEASON CONTRACT: A $25 fee will be charged for breaking the 2026–2027 Season Contract. If the fee is not paid within 30 days, the balance may be sent to a collection agency. Every family must have a valid credit card on file with DanceStudio-Pro.
DISCOUNTS
PAY-IN-FULL DISCOUNT: Families who pay their full annual tuition before the first day of classes receive 10% off.
SIBLING DISCOUNT: A 5% sibling discount is available for the second and subsequent dancers in the same family. The discount may be rounded up to avoid change.
MILITARY & FIRST RESPONDER DISCOUNT: A 5% discount is available to current military members, veterans, police officers, firefighters, and EMTs.
Discounts cannot be combined.
