☀️ Summer Session (June–August)
Drop-in classes, camps, and special summer programming
No registration fee required for summer classes
Registration fee is waived only when account balances are fully paid before August

🎭 Performance Season (September–June)
Our main training season focused on technique, growth, consistency, and recital preparation.

📅 Registration Fee
$25 registration fee applies (August–April)
Waived when registering and paying between May 1–July 31
Must be paid before attending class

💸 Tuition
Due on the 1st of each month
$15 late fee applied on the 8th
Tuition is divided into 10 monthly payments (September–June)
June is a full month of tuition

2026–2027 Monthly Tuition (Per Family):

1 class/week – $33
2 classes – $60
3 classes – $79
4 classes – $95
5 classes – $110
6 classes – $116
7 classes – $132
8 classes – $144
9 classes – $154
10 classes – $165
Unlimited (11+ classes) – $175

Homeschool Program (Tues/Wed mornings only, per family):

1 class – $26
2 classes – $52
3 classes – $75
4 classes – $90
5 classes – $100
6 classes – $110
Unlimited (7+ classes per family) – $125

Accounts must remain in good standing. Two months past due may result in suspension from classes and events. Full payment is required for recital participation.

Auto Pay and portal payments are accepted but not preferred and may include processing fees.
Late fees are strictly enforced.

🏫 Attendance
Missed classes do not reduce tuition. Makeup classes are encouraged when available.

📆 Drop Policy
Dropping does not adjust tuition.
Re-entry within the same season requires a $25 registration fee and placement is not guaranteed.

🚫 Refunds
All payments are final. No refunds on tuition, registration, costumes, merchandise, tickets, or fees. Returned payments will incur a $25 fee plus bank charges.

Full payment is required for participation in recital and studio events.

🎭 Recital Information (Performance Season Only)
Recital: 2nd Thursday & Friday in June
Rehearsals: 2nd Tuesday & Wednesday in June
Schedules released in March

Costumes are required ($95–$130 typical range) and ordered September through winter break.

Dancers must be in good standing and fully paid to participate. Only dancers and approved volunteers are permitted backstage.

Dancers must arrive properly dressed and ready to dance. No street clothes are permitted. Hair must be secured and dancers should be prepared for class.

👧 Girls
Leotard and tights required
No midriffs or street clothes
Hair must be pulled back and secured
Dance warm-ups and cover-ups are allowed for class arrival
Baggy pants/cover-ups permitted for hip hop only

Shoes:
Ballet: pink ballet shoes
Jazz: tan jazz shoes
Tap: tan tap shoes
Hip Hop: white tennis shoes (clean indoor only)
Acro: barefoot
Musical Theatre: jazz shoes

👦 Boys
Black pants required
Plain solid-colored shirt (any color, appropriate for dance)
Hair neat and away from face
No street shoes in studio rooms

Shoes:
Black dance shoes required (style appropriate as instructed)
Acro: barefoot

👟 Adult Dress Code
Adults may wear comfortable, flexible dance or workout attire.
Leotard and tights, or
Leggings, shorts, t-shirts, or athletic wear
Clothing must allow for safe movement
Hair should be secured if needed

Shoes vary by class style and instructor direction.

📋 Studio Expectations
Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to work
Dancers must eat in the cubby room only
All fast food trash must be disposed of in the outdoor dumpster.
WATER ONLY is allowed in studio rooms

📸 Media Release
Photos and videos may be used for studio marketing unless an opt-out is submitted through the parent portal. Please also notify Ms. Vanessa directly so requests can be honored.
