Registration and Financial Agreement

The following is a legal document that must be followed. If at any time the following rules are not followed, your child's position with Infinity Dance Connection will be terminated. Please read and sign each statement below:

I understand that Infinity Dance Connection will not be responsible for any injuries in the studio or any other outside events.
I have been informed and understand that monthly tuition is due on the 25th of each month. If the amount is not paid by the 1st of each month, at $10 late fee will be added to my account.

I have been informed and understand I will pay all account balances through Dance Studio Pro Parent Portal.

I have been informed and understand that if my child is withdrawn/removed from Infinity Dance Connection for ANY reason, all monies (fees, tuition, account balance) must be paid in full to Infinity Dance Connection and are nonrefundable.

I have been informed that any and all fees paid to Infinity Dance Connection are NON-Refundable.

I have read and understand the above contract with Infinity Dance Connection and will abide by all registration and payment guidelines. In the event that any of these guidelines are not followed, I know and understand that my child's position with Infinity Dance Connection could be hindered.
