26-27 Fundraiser Agreement

By participating in any fundraiser campaign mentioned you acknowledge that
(1) All funds generated through fundraiser efforts will be distributed directly to EducateDancer and applied to your student's account to cover monthly tuition only.
In the event of outstanding balances, the studio owner may elect to apply your fundraiser proceeds to your past due balance before distributing it to current expenses;
(2) All funds are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash and; (3) All funds are immediately forfeited in the event a student withdraws or is dismissed from EducateDancer.
