Tuition & Refund Policies

Tuition is due by the 1st of each month. A late fee of $25 is applied if payment is not received by the 8th of each month. Payment must be made in full in order for my child to participate. All fees are non-refundable and no refunds or transfer of funds are allowed. All payments are to be made electronically via our Parent Portal (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover) or exact cash within the office. All card transactions receive a 4% service fee. Checks are not permitted. Statements are sent via email. Make-up sessions are allowed and scheduled via email if another class time is available during the week. Private make-ups require an additional fee. In the event of the studio closing due to inclement weather or state emergencies, make-up sessions will be considered, but not guaranteed. Soul Xpressiion does not refund money for membership fees, showcase/production fees, or tuition. Soul Xpressiion also does not refund money for inclement weather, state emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.
