Policies & Registration
Tuition & Enrollment
Annual registration fee: $40 per family (non-refundable)
Automatic Tuition Payment: Tuition is automatically withdrawn from the card on file on the 1st of each month.There is a $15.00 late fee 3 days after the due date. This is a one-time fee.Tuition late fees will be added to only one student per family
30 -minute class, once a week: $60/month
45 - min class, once a week: $70/ month
1-hour class, once a week: $80/month
10% discount is given for each additional class registered. 15% discount for a second child and 20% discount for three of more children registered.

All tuition is charged through auto-pay. If enrolling into class, your checking account or credit card will be automatically debited for your monthly payment on the first week of each month. You are responsible for making your final payment (including any fees/charges that have been added to your account per the terms of this Agreement) on your final payment due date, this amount will be automatically debited. There is a service charge for all dishonored draft
Make-Up Classes
Make-up classes are available for missed or canceled classes, including absences due to illness, travel, or weather.
We allow one weather closure per month without a scheduled make up class.
Make-ups must be completed within 2 weeks of the missed class.
Make-ups must be in an age-appropriate class currently on the schedule.
Please notify Ms. Krista when scheduling a make-up.
No refunds or credits are issued for missed classes or weather closures.
Canceled classes may be made up.

Cancellation
To discontinue classes, written notice must be provided before the next tuition cycle. If notice is not received before the next cycle, the following month's tuition is due.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Students should arrive no more than 10 minutes before class.
Drop-off and pick-up are at the studio door.
Students must be picked up immediately after class.
Shoes must be removed before entering the dance studio.
Students may not wait outside for parents.
Notify the teacher if someone other than the usual parent/guardian will be picking up your child.
Keep all contact information current in your dance studio account.
Marketing Release
I understand that my child's image or likeness may be used in Bluegrass Dance Company advertising, promotional materials, videos, and website content. These images will be used for Bluegrass Dance Company purposes only and will not be sold or provided to outside companies or individuals.
