Waiver and release

The signer agrees to be bound to the registration and cancellation policy as per outlined in the DanceWorks Registration package. The authorized legal representative jointly and severally hereby forevef releases, discharges, and acquits DanceWorks and all their instructors, employees, investors, agents, owners, and directors from any and all claims for damages or injuries of any kind, nature or description. the signer further represents that the student(s) is in good health and has no medical problems unless otherwise specified in writing. The student agrees to keep and obey all the rules and regulations of the studio now in force or that may come into effect during the registered session. DanceWorks reserves the right to suspend a student if the student fails to obey such rules, or defaults on the payment schedule, without refund. The studio reserves the right to correct all clerical errors in regards to the schedule of payments on notice to the customer. DanceWorks Reserves the right to cancel any class without sufficient registration and a full refund (minus any classes taken) will be granted.
