Momentum Dance Center – Photo & Video Release
At Momentum Dance Center, we love celebrating our dancers and sharing their hard work, accomplishments, and special moments with our dance community. Throughout the dance season, photographs and/or videos may be taken of dancers during classes, rehearsals, performances, competitions, events, and other studio-related activities.
By signing this waiver, I give Momentum Dance Center permission to photograph and/or record my dancer and to use those photographs and/or videos for studio-related purposes, including but not limited to:
Momentum Dance Center’s website
Social media pages and public social media platforms
Studio advertisements and promotional materials
Studio newsletters, flyers, and announcements
Competition and recital promotions
Other public forums or media used to promote Momentum Dance Center
I understand that these photographs and/or videos may be viewed by members of the public and may be shared, reposted, or otherwise distributed through public social media platforms or other online forums.
I understand that my dancer’s name will not be required to accompany a photograph or video unless I provide additional permission. Momentum Dance Center will make reasonable efforts to protect the privacy of dancers and will not intentionally share personal information such as addresses, phone numbers, or other private identifying information.
I understand that I will not receive payment or compensation for the use of these photographs or videos, and that Momentum Dance Center retains the right to use the approved photographs and/or videos for the purposes described above.
