At Ethereal Ballroom Dance Centre, we are committed to maintaining a respectful, professional, and welcoming environment for all students, instructors, staff, and guests.
By registering for lessons, classes, events, or services through our online portal, you acknowledge and agree to the following confidentiality and privacy terms:
• You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all students, instructors, and staff.
• Personal information, private conversations, schedules, health information, and other sensitive matters shared within the studio environment are to remain confidential.
• Recording lessons, coaching sessions, or studio activities without prior permission from the Studio is prohibited.
• Posting photos or videos of other students, instructors, or staff on social media without their consent is prohibited.
• Studio choreography, teaching methods, training materials, and business practices are proprietary and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without authorization.
• Any conduct deemed harmful, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or disruptive to the Studio community may result in suspension or termination of studio privileges.
By signing up for services through our online portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and all Studio policies and waivers.
