Dynamix Performing Arts Academy LLC (“the Studio”) respects the privacy of our students and families.
The Studio collects personal information during registration, including parent/guardian contact details, student information, emergency contacts, medical information relevant to participation, billing details, and enrollment records.
This information is used solely for Studio operations, including enrollment, scheduling, billing, communication, emergency response, insurance, and legal compliance. The Studio does not sell or rent personal information.
Information may be shared only with:
• Registration and payment platforms (such as Studio Pro)
• Medical personnel in emergencies
• Insurance carriers or legal representatives if required
• Government authorities when legally required
The Studio takes reasonable measures to safeguard personal information using secure systems and limits access to authorized personnel only.
Photos and video may be taken during classes, rehearsals, or performances and used in accordance with the Media Release agreed to during registration.
