MASCOTarts Privacy Agreement
MASCOTarts respects the privacy of our students and families. Information collected through registration, forms, payments, and communication platforms is used solely for the operation and administration of MASCOTarts programs.
By registering for classes, camps, productions, or events, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Personal information such as names, contact information, emergency contacts, medical information, and payment details may be collected for participation and safety purposes.
Information provided to MASCOTarts will only be shared with staff, instructors, volunteers, or service providers when necessary for program operation, safety, communication, billing, or legal compliance.
Payment information is processed through secure third-party providers. MASCOTarts does not store full payment card information directly.
Photos and videos may be taken during classes, rehearsals, performances, and events for educational, archival, promotional, and social media purposes unless a parent/guardian submits a written request opting out.
MASCOTarts will make reasonable efforts to protect private information and maintain secure administrative practices.
Families are responsible for keeping contact and emergency information up to date within the registration system.
MASCOTarts does not sell or distribute personal information to outside organizations for marketing purposes.
By completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Privacy Agreement.
