We collect basic enrollment information such as your name, contact details, emergency contacts, and your child’s name, age, and relevant health or safety information. We may also collect emails for communication and program updates.
How Information Is Used

Enrollment and class placement
Safety and emergency communication
Program updates, scheduling, and billing
Internal record-keeping required for participation
We do not sell or share your information with outside parties for marketing.
Third-Party Services
Payments and registrations may be processed through Dance Studio Pro, Stripe, or other secure third-party services. These services have their own privacy and security practices that protect your information.
Child Information
Children’s information is used only to ensure safety, appropriate class placement, and communication regarding their participation. We do not publish, share, or distribute children’s information outside the program.
Photos and Media
We do not use your child’s image publicly without your explicit written consent. If you choose not to give consent, your child will not be included in any photos shared online or in promotional materials. (Photo release waivers are signed in person, for opt out purposes.)

Parent Rights
You may request to update or remove your information at any time. If you withdraw from the program, we retain only the records required for safety, legal, or billing purposes.
