Payments:
In 2026 ICE Elite & Tilt will be using our DanceStudio Pro Portal for direct debit. This portal is also available as an app for all Iphone & Android users.
Competition Entries:
This is payable in 3 instalments, and due on the following dates:
First Payment: 2nd March 2026
Second Payment: 6th April 2026
Final Payment: 11th May 2026
An email will be sent out with your exact amount and competition dates by week of Term 3.
Class Discounts & Crossovers:
- There will be a 5% discount off class fees of one sibling.
- If two or more siblings the discount will be 10% off that siblings class fees.
- Enrolling into two or more teams will give you a 30% discount off your lower paying teams term fees.
Late Fees:
A $20 fee will be added to your invoice if your child's fees are outstanding by the end of Week Two of each term, unless a payment plan has been approved PRIOR to that term starting. This will also result in classes being suspended until payment has been made.
Leaving Fee:
Being a part of a competition team requires commitment and teamwork. If an athlete leaves mid season after choreography has started, the team and their coaches will need to rework the routines the athlete was a part of.
Leaving the ICE Elite or Tilt competition team mid season April onwards will result in a $100 leaving fee for all competition athletes and all fees paid to date are non refundable.
I acknowledge, understand and agree, that if at any time during the season my child decides to quit, is injured, or is removed from the team, there will be NO REFUNDS for any amounts paid, including fees, uniform, coaches fees, competition fees or registration fees.
