Registration
Upon registration, the 1st month’s tuition is due (August) as well as the registration fee ($25). Registration will not be considered complete and class space is not reserved until this fee has been paid. Once a child is registered, tuition will be charged monthly until we receive a formal withdrawal notice prior to withdrawal from classes. 30 day withdrawal notice is required.
Class Fees
Class fees are due at the first class of each month.
A $15 late fee will be applied to accounts not paid by the 10th of the month and will be applied until balance is paid.
You will be sent an invoice via mail and email if you have an unpaid balance.
Tuition may be paid by the following methods: cash and check.
Checks must be made payable to Kristina Justice and include your child’s full name and the month in the memo. There is a $35 returned check fee, per check, on all returned checks.
Please place all payments in an envelope and note the name of student, date, amount included, what payments are for.
Tuition remains the same regardless of absences and whether it is along, five week month or a short, three week month. Tuition is per month -- not per class!
You are paying for 10 months (36 classes) of lessons (Aug through May).
Class Attire
Students are required to follow attire policy for all dance classes. If a student comes to class without proper class attire, they may be asked to sit out of class. No baggy t-shirts, baggy shorts, blue jeans, no jewelry or other inappropriate attire will be allowed.
All students must follow guidelines for proper hair for class. Neat ballet buns are preferred for all students. Short hairstyles can be secured back with a headband to keep hair out of face. Older students are encouraged to learn how to do their own hair and come prepared with all necessary items for securing their hair in a bun.

Studio Etiquette
No student should be in the studio unless enrolled or trying the class.
Students should be dressed and prepared for class before it starts.
No street shoes should be worn in the studios. Please change into shoes before class.
No food or drinks (other than water) of any kind are allowed in the dance studios.
Parents should not leave young students unattended in the waiting area before or after class.
Parents should make sure young students have used the bathroom and eaten before class.
If a student cannot use the bathroom on their own, they will need a parent to stay in the lobby.
Chewing gum is never allowed in the dance studios.
Always treat your teacher and fellow classmates with respect.
Do not enter the studio while music is playing.
Class Attendance/Make Ups
Class attendance is very important for consistent progression of training and to progress to the next level in the curriculum. Students with excessive absences should be re-evaluated for class placement. Absences can be made up in another class as suggested by Mrs. Kristina. Please let your instructor know if and when you must be absent so we can make a note of the absence ahead of time. Classes cancelled due to inclement weather will not be made up per class, but students are welcome to attend an extra class, as suggested by Mrs. Kristina, to make up for time missed. We ask that you make up your absences within 30 days to get class attendance credit. Make sure to let Ms. Christina know when you are making up a class.
We highly discourage absence 2 weeks prior to performances and do not permit absences the week of performance if you make the commitment to perform. It makes it very difficult on your child, class students, and instructors.
Students are expected to be in class on time, as it is one of the many expected rules of etiquette for dance training. It is strongly enforced for injury prevention, respect to the instructor and students, and it avoids interruption of classes in progress. If your child is late, he or she may be asked to sit and watch.
Please have your child go to the bathroom before class as it helps to cut down on class disruptions.
We ask that parents/guardians stay on site during your child’s class for ages 5 and under, or specifically if your child needs assistance in the bathroom. I know it can get crowded in the lobby, so please keep numbers in the hallway to a minimum.
Inclement Weather
The studio will not necessarily close for snow days, regardless if area schools are closed. If in doubt, call Mrs. Kristina before coming to class on a given day. If classes are cancelled it will be posted on Facebook.
Studio Communication
Most of our communication is through Facebook and email. There are constant communication updates on all platforms so please look at those regularly if you can! Please make sure we have an updated email address for you on file. If you would like to meet in person or have questions, please call or email, and I will be happy to speak with you! I do have limited time in between classes and throughout the day, but if you leave a voicemail or message for me I will be glad to address any concerns you have.
I agree to be responsible for reading studio correspondence and respecting deadlines, if applicable. I understand that if payments are not made on time there will be fees added each month until balance is paid. I understand that I will be invoiced for any payments not made by the 10th of each month.
I hereby acknowledge that I have read the statements above and agree to participate accordingly.
