RECITAL AGREEMENT

For the school year classes (September-June), I have read the Tuition Payment Due dates and understand that amounts listed next to each class are the 1st of 4 equal Tuition Payments due. The registration fee, costume fees (dance classes), material fees (acting and musical theatre), and recital fees (for school year performances) are not included in the tuition amount. For both school year and summer classes, tuition paid past the due date is subject to a $10 late fee. Refunds given only within the first two weeks of starting any class at the discretion of the Director.

I plan and agree to participate in the end of the year Collage Concert (for all students) - Saturday June 6, 2026: Rehearsals on Wednesday, June 3 and Friday, June 5, 2026 are required. Location is at the East Lansing Hannah Community Center Albert White Theatre, 819 Abbot Rd., East Lansing. A costume deposit of $50-60 will be due in November (added to your 2nd payment invoice) with the remaining balance due added to your 3rd or 4th payment invoice. Most costumes run between $50-$75. Each family pays a Recital Fee of $60 per student.

I agree to allow photos and/or short videos of me/my child to be promoted by the Studio (you/your child will not be identified by last name).

I have read, understand and agree to The Studio Performing Arts Center Policies and Terms** (see Registration Forms).

I have read, and release The Studio Performing Arts Center of any liability of damages incurred as read in the Release of Liability** (see Registration Forms).

If taking Voice Lessons or Musical Theatre classes: I have read, understand and agree to The Studio Performing Arts Center's Singer's Contract.
