You must read and accept the following SPAC studio policies to continue registration and enroll in classes.

Below is a copy of the Sierra Performing Arts Center policies. You will take responsibility for carefully reading and following the rules and policies therein. I understand that Sierra Performing Arts Center does not offer credit or refunds for classes missed due to holidays, vacations, illness, weather, etc.
Tuition is due on the 1st day of the month and will be late if not paid by the 10th. Account balances of $200.00 or less not paid by the 10th will be assessed a $20.00 late fee per student. Account balances of over $200.00 not paid by the 10th will be assessed a $30.00 late fee per student. Tuition is based on the entire dance season, September 14th, 2026, through June 12th, 2027, and is divided into 10 equal monthly payments, regardless of how many classes are in any given month. Should you decide to terminate your enrollment, you'll need to notify us with 30 days' written notice. Any tuition or other account fees scheduled for payment within the 30 days following termination will be payable in full, with no prorations.
Accounts more than 60 days past due will result in suspension from all classes until the account is current or other arrangements are made.
Returned checks that are unpaid by the bank will result in a $25.00 bank fee being charged to your account. Accounts with bank-rejected payments for customers on Auto-Pay may be charged an additional $3.00 bank rejection fee. Additionally, accounts 30 days past due may incur finance charges of 1.50% per month (18.00% APR) on the past-due amount.
All class communications will be initiated with the BAND app, which can be downloaded on your phone, tablet, or desktop.
Costumes for the Dance Fest will be ordered in late November, and payments are due by November 12th. If payment is not received by the due date, each unpaid costume will be assessed an additional special handling fee of 25% to cover additional costs incurred with our vendors. Costume notes will be available on your customer portal and Band when they become available.
In addition to tuition and costume fees, the following charges will be added to your account:
• $35 per student, annual registration fee due upon registration (you will not be enrolled until the registration fees are paid)
• $25 picture day prepaid credit to be billed April 1, 2027 (100% redeemable as a credit on any picture purchases at our photo website https://spacdance.pixieset.com/)
• $75 extra rehearsal fees per show where student is a lead or specialty performer to be billed March 1, 2027
All holiday dates and schedules, as well as Dance Fest, Picture Day, and other important dates, will be posted on Band.
Please use Band to contact us with questions rather than email. Also, use Band to notify us if your student is sick or will be missing classes.
Using the Band app makes communication and organization much simpler and more responsive.
No gum, food, or drinks are allowed inside the classrooms.

Electronic Signature Agreement. I am signing this agreement electronically by selecting the "I Accept" checkbox. I agree that this electronic signature is the legal equivalent of my manual signature on this agreement.
I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document. I have read and understood it and agree to be bound by its terms.
