By agreeing to the photo release, participant understands all right, title and interest in any and all photographic images and video or audio recordings made by Andrea’s Dance Academy VT during Participants participation of any and all Andrea’s Dance Academy VT activities, including, but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds or other benefits derived from such photographs or recordings, and further consenting to use Participants photo or likeness in or on any form of advertisement for Andrea’s Dance Academy or a Andrea’s Dance Academy VT sponsored event.
