The Broadway Originals Studio Waiver & Policies Agreement
By enrolling in classes at The Broadway Originals (“TBO”), you agree to the following terms and policies:

PARTICIPATION & LIABILITY WAIVER
All students participate in classes and rehearsals at their own risk. TBO and its staff are not liable for any injuries sustained during classes, rehearsals, performances, or while on the premises.

Parents and guardians acknowledge the physical nature of dance, theatre, and performance-based activities and assume all risks on behalf of their child(ren).

ATTENDANCE & MAKE-UP POLICY
If your child misses a class, they are eligible to schedule a make-up class within 4 weeks of the missed session (space permitting).

No refunds will be given for missed classes.

Students who accumulate 4 or more unexcused absences may be dismissed from the class or performance piece at the discretion of the director. Excessive absences, especially leading up to performances, may affect casting or participation.

CLASS WITHDRAWAL & REFUNDS
A 4-week written notice is required to drop any class.
Tuition remains due and no refunds will be issued during the 4-week notice period.

All registration fees, and credit card procession fees ar enon-refunadable.

COMMUNICATION POLICY
Any questions, concerns, or issues must be submitted in writing to the Studio Director, Angel Reed, via email.
Interrupting a class in session to speak with an instructor is strictly prohibited. This is to ensure the safety and focus of all students.
Please respect the chain of communication: contact Angel first, and she will address any concerns in a timely and professional manner.

CONDUCT & COMMUNITY STANDARDS
Families agree to maintain a positive and respectful attitude toward TBO, its staff, and its community.
Negative behavior, including public complaints or slander of the studio, staff, or students online, may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

Students and families are expected to follow studio etiquette, arrive on time, and treat others with kindness.

DRESS CODE
Proper attire is required for all classes. This may include:

Leotard and tights
Jazz, ballet, or character shoes (depending on class)
Hair secured away from the face
No dangling jewelry, crop tops without a cover-up, or inappropriate clothing

MEDIA CONSENT
TBO may occasionally take photos or video during classes for use on our website, social media, or promotional materials.

By enrolling, you grant permission for your child’s image to be used, unless you opt out in writing.
