CADC REFUND POLICY

Central Arkansas Dance Center, we are committed to offering high quality instruction and a positive experience for every student. To maintain consistency and fairness for all families and staff, the following refund policy applies:
1. Registration Fees
Non-refundable. All registration fees are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Monthly Tuition
Non-refundable once the month has begun.
Tuition reserves your child’s place in class and covers instruction whether or not the student attends.
Withdrawal Notice Required: If you wish to discontinue, a written notice must be submitted via email at least 14 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
No prorated tuition for missed classes unless due to:
Extended medical leave (with doctor’s note)
Studio closures not made up by rescheduling
3. Costume Fees
Non-refundable after order has been placed.
Costume fees are paid in advance for recital or competition performances and are non-refundable once submitted to vendors.
4. Competition/Performance Fees
Non-refundable.
These fees are paid directly to outside organizers and are not refundable under any circumstance. Please ensure your child’s availability before committing.
5. Special Events, Camps, & Clinics
Cancellations made 14+ days before the event: Full refund minus a small admin fee ($25).
Cancellations made within 13 days of the event: No refund, but you may transfer to another eligible program if available.
6. Studio-Initiated Cancellations
If CADC must cancel a class/event and it cannot be rescheduled, you may choose to:
Receive a class credit
Apply credit toward another program
Request a refund for that class or event only
7. Private Lessons & Drop-Ins
24-hour cancellation required for credit/reschedule.
No-shows or late cancellations will be charged in full.
Why We Have This Policy:
We plan our staffing, choreography, costuming, and class sizes in advance. Many of our costs are incurred upfront, and this policy allows us to maintain a high-quality experience for all dancers.
