9 MONTH DANCE SESSION / NON-NEGOTIABLE ABSENCE AGREEMENT/ SUMMER

If you commit to a team ... you are committed for the entire session and this October 1st date does not apply to you.
*The responsible party also realizes that by enrolling the student in The Dance Factory Dance studio you are signing up for a 9 month dance session.
*If the student chooses to quit dance even one day after October 15th of each year, I am still obligated to cover my monthly tuition through May.
*The responsible party understands that after October 15th the studio cannot fill the students space in the class because costumes have been ordered, classes have been established and teachers have begun choreography.
*The responsible party also realizes that every student who quits mid year hurts their progress, but it effect's the entire class.
