By enrolling, I acknowledge that the studio may collect and store personal data such as names, contact information, medical details, payment methods, and media releases for the purpose of program administration, safety, communication, and billing. This information will be used solely by The Dance Lab LLC and will not be shared, sold, or distributed to outside parties without prior consent, except when required by law or for essential business services (e.g., payment processing). All records are securely maintained, and access is limited to authorized personnel. I understand that by participating in The Dance Lab LLC programs, I consent to this data collection and use, and I accept the studio’s privacy practices as a condition of enrollment.
