Drop-Off and Pick-Up
Timely Drop-Off: Arrive 5 minutes before class.

Timely Pick-Up: Pick up on time; the studio is not responsible for children after class.

Early Pick-Up: Inform the instructor and sign out your child.

Authorized Pick-Up: Only authorized individuals may pick up your child.

Class Observation
Observation: Parents may observe from the designated area. Stay quiet and respectful.

Restrictions: Observation may be restricted during certain classes.

Behavior: Do not interrupt or communicate with your child during class.

Communication
Class Questions: Contact the instructor after class or the front office by email.

Studio Updates: Updates via email and social media—keep your contact info updated.

Emergency: Call for urgent matters; email for non-urgent ones.

CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY POLICY

Information Collected: We gather personal and payment info for enrollment and billing.

Use: Your info is used for class management, communication, and safety. We do not share it except for payment processing or legal reasons.

By enrolling, you consent to the use of your child’s photos and videos for promotional, social media, and educational purposes.

Private Photos and Videos
Photography during class requires instructor consent. Please respect other students' privacy.

Withdrawal of Consent
To withdraw consent, email us at info@loganvilledanceacademy.com, and we will remove your child’s images from future public use.
