Registration & Fees
-The registration fee is nonrefundable.
-Tuition must be paid in full before participation in class.
-Late tuition (15 days past due date) will result in removal from class until balance is paid.

Withdrawal & Refunds
-Withdrawal from a class must be submitted in writing (email or signed form).
-Refunds are only given in the case of class cancellation by the studio. Not for voluntary withdrawal. 50% refund may be given in certain circumstances (must be discussed).

Attendance & Behavior
-Students are expected to arrive on time and be ready to participate. (Hair and attire requirements posted on ATD website)
-Disruptive behavior may result in removal from class without refund.
-Bullying is not tolerated and will result in removal from a class without refund.

Health & Safety
-Dancers should not attend class if sick, injured, or contagious.
-Parents/guardians acknowledge the physical nature of dance and assume responsibility for any injury, unless caused by gross negligence of the studio.
-In the event of injury or emergency, the studio has permission to administer basic first aid and call emergency services if necessary.
-If a dancer has a medical condition (such as asthma, allergies, diabetes, etc.), the studio must be informed prior to the start of class. Parents/guardians are responsible for providing any necessary emergency equipment or medication (e.g., inhaler, EpiPen) and ensuring staff are instructed on its use.

Photo/Video Release (if you use photos/videos for marketing)
-By enrolling, you grant All That Dance permission to photograph or record classes and events for promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out, a written request must be submitted.

Communication
-All updates will be sent via email and/or posted on our website/social media. It is the family’s responsibility to stay informed.
-Inclement Weather/Unexpected Closures
-Classes canceled due to weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control may not be rescheduled or refunded.
