Autopay and Tuition
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. All families are required to have a valid, unexpired card on file for autopay. Autopay is run on the 1st of each month. Families can pay prior to the 1st of the month with a card, cash, or check to avoid the autopay.
Students will not be allowed to attend class if tuition for the month has not been paid.
If tuition is not paid by the 10th of each month, a late fee of $10 will be added to your account. If tuition is not paid by the 15th of each month, students will be dropped from their classes.
Registration Fee
A registration fee of $50 will be required for all students at the start of each Fall semester as well as any students who join mid-season that have not been enrolled in classes within the last month or more. The maximum registration fee per family is $100.
Cancellations/Refunds
In order to cancel a class, notification must be given in writing to laveendance.deb@gmail.com before the 1st of the month. No refunds for the current month’s tuition will be given if a cancellation notice was not received BEFORE the 1st of the month. If a refund is requested due to an overage payment, said refund will be returned minus the current month’s tuition.
