5. CLASS PLACEMENT:
New students must consult with us for class placement. Recognizing that some students may have previous dance experience, we are committed to assigning your student to the class that best supports their fullest potential. Class placement is not a matter of popularity; it is determined by the teacher's recommendation, focusing on the student's ability rather than age or school grade. We strive to ensure that every student feels accomplished in their class, as there are many considerations involved in class placement decisions.
6. SHOES:
Street shoes are not permitted beyond the designated area to prevent sand, salt, and dirt from damaging the dance floors and causing discomfort to students and staff. Dance shoes must be worn for classes, with specific shoes required for ballet, jazz, and tap and hip hop. All dance shoes are required to be purchased through TPAC.
6. WITHDRAWALS:
To withdraw from a class, please submit your request in writing through email or message. We offer a trial period during September and October for all students. If you decide to withdraw by October 31st, there will be no penalty. However, after this date, the dancer and their family are obligated to the remainder of the current season, including all tuition and costume fees. Note that if you withdraw after the trial period, you are still responsible for tuition through June, as we have reserved this spot for your dancer. To withdraw from a class, please submit your request in writing through email or message.
7. REFUNDS:
Refunds are not available for tuition, shoes, dancewear, tights, or costumes. Tuition fees will not be prorated. Shoes that have not been worn may be exchanged for the correct size. Registration fees are non-refundable.
8. MAKEUP/SNOW DAYS:
Cancellations caused by inclement weather will be announced on the studio's Facebook page and emailed to the respective class. Each class is permitted two snow days/ cancellations. Should there be more snow days, a make-up class will be arranged in the spring. Instructors will inform students about the available classes they can attend to compensate for any missed sessions due to snow days.

Parents, Guardians, and Friends may watch classes on our one scheduled parent peek week.
10. SOCIAL MEDIA & EMAIL:
