2025/26 Media Release Waiver

By enrolling my child at Starr’s Dance & Acro Central, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I grant Starr’s Dance & Acro Central, its employees, representatives, and affiliated partners permission to photograph, film, and otherwise record my child during classes, rehearsals, performances, studio events, and promotional sessions throughout the 2025–2026 season.
I understand and agree that these images and recordings may be used, without compensation, for promotional, educational, and artistic purposes—including but not limited to social media, print and digital marketing, newsletters, recital or showcase footage, advertising materials, YouTube or video platforms, and the studio’s official website.
All content captured during the season is considered the intellectual property of Starr’s Dance & Acro Central and may be used in perpetuity, even after a student is withdrawn or dismissed from the program.
By signing this waiver, I confirm that I have the legal authority to grant this release and that I understand this consent is binding for the full season and beyond.
Families who choose not to consent will have their child digitally blurred in all visual content, including recital footage, promotional materials, and social media posts. This opt-out applies only to content produced by the studio. Starr’s Dance & Acro Central is not responsible for any media coverage or footage captured by outside sources (e.g. news stations filming public events such as parades).
