PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE

Bellevue Youth Choirs documents its programs through photography, video, and audio recording during rehearsals, performances, and events. These materials support BYC's educational mission, community storytelling, and organizational sustainability.

I grant permission for BYC to use the image, name, likeness, and voice of myself and my child for educational, promotional, fundraising, and outreach purposes, worldwide and in perpetuity.

I understand that I will not receive compensation for these uses, that BYC retains full ownership of all media and derivative works, and that I waive the right to inspect or approve final materials.

I release BYC from any claims arising from these uses, including claims related to privacy or publicity. If you have concerns about specific uses of your child's image, please contact BYC directly at info@bellevueyouthchoirs.org. BYC will do its best to accommodate reasonable requests where operationally feasible.
