AGREEMENT OF TERMS

FULL SEASON TUITION:
I understand that full season tuition at Natalie's School of Champions is based on a YEARLY FEE & for ease of payment can be divided into monthly installments (SEPTEMBER-MAY). I agree to pay for my student's tuition for the year/season of 9 months (SEPTEMBER-MAY) in monthly installments, or in advance until written notification of withdrawal is provided to the director BEFORE DECEMBER 31st. I understand & agree if withdrawing my student AFTER JANUARY 1st of the new year, I am responsible to pay for the year in full regardless of my students' attendance.


WORKSHOP TUITION:
I understand that all WORKSHOP TUITIONS at Natalie's School of Champions are a set fee per class style and/or session. I agree to pay for my student's full workshop tuition at their first class or in advance of the summer session beginning. I understand and agree to be responsible for my student(s) tuition payments until written notification of withdrawal to the director before JUNE 10th. I understand and agree if withdrawing my student AFTER JUNE 10th, or if no written communications are provided, I am responsible to pay my students full registration regardless of attendance.


I UNDERSTAND all tuition payments at Natalie's School of Champions are due the 1st week of each month, regardless of any absences and there are NO REFUNDS OR DEDUCTIONS for classes not attended, illnesses, inclement weather, or unforeseen cancelations.

I UNDERSTAND all private lessons are a set fee and are paid PER LESSON taken.

I UNDERSTAND and AGREE that 24 hours written notice to the Director is required, or the lesson is charged, and I am responsible for payment.

I UNDERSTAND a $10.00 LATE FEE is charged for any unpaid accounts on the 1st of the following month that will not be waived for any reason.

I UNDERSTAND if my child's tuition has not been paid after 2 months of classes, my child will be put on inactive probation until tuition is paid in full.

I UNDERSTAND a $30.00 fee will be assessed for any NSF/returned checks.

I UNDERSTAND in the event of injury, if able, I will bring my child to class to observe, & tuition is still required/rendered for any student on "inactive injury" probation.

I UNDERSTAND any delinquent accounts will prohibit my student from registering in the future at Natalie's School of Champions.

I have carefully read this Agreement of Terms and know the contents thereof, signing the same as my own free act.
