Membership Requirement
For Core Dance Program and Springfield Theatre Company
In order to be a member of the SPACE, at least one of the following criteria must be maintained:
• All adults enrolled in any program or activity carried out by the Corporation who have paid all required fees;
• All parents or legal guardians of minor children enrolled in any program or activity carried out by the Corporation who have paid all required fees;
• Any other person who supports the aims and objectives of the Corporation whose application for membership has been accepted by the Board of Directors of the Corporation; and
• The Directors of the Corporation during their term of office.
Volunteers
Volunteer Procedures
- Families registered in Dance Core Program and Springfield Theatre Company are to choose two (2) volunteer commitments or $150.00 donation in lieu of volunteering. Please contact SPACE office if you wish to opt out of volunteer duties. Your $150 donation will then be added to your account and payment will be processed.
- The beginning of September the SPACE Office Manager will prepare Volunteer Information containing names and contact information and forward this on to the appropriate Director or Committee Lead of each event or sector.
- Volunteers are not guaranteed to be able to watch performances or events
