Refund & Cancellation Policy

The withdrawal deadline to stop monthly tuition payments for registered classes is October 15th. Written notice must be received by The SPACE Inc. on or before October 15th to be eligible for cancellation of future payments and applicable refunds.
Eligible withdrawals made before the deadline will receive a refund of any costume deposits paid, and all remaining monthly tuition payments will be canceled moving forward. Any second costume payments and remaining fundraising fees will also be waived.
Refunds or credits will not be issued for classes canceled due to inclement weather, teacher illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. If a class is canceled due to low enrolment, a prorated refund will be provided. The SPACE Inc. will make every effort to reschedule canceled classes when possible. Three built-in cancellation days are included within the season calendar to account for unexpected closures such as weather or facility-related issues. If these days are not needed, they will simply become bonus class days for students.
Term Sessions (Fall, Winter & Spring)
Tuition is non-refundable after the first class.
No refunds or credits will be issued for a single canceled class due to teacher illness or absence.
Summer Camps, Workshops & One-Time Events
Summer Camp tuition becomes non-refundable after June 15th due to staffing and program planning.
Workshops and one-time event registrations are non-refundable.
