1. Class Schedule & Attendance
1.1. Dynamic Performers Australia (DPA) runs classes during each of the four Victorian school terms per year. Class dates and times are published on our website and parent portal.
1.2. To minimise disruption, all students are expected to arrive on time and prepared for class.
1.3. If your child will be absent from class, please notify us through our portal: https://app.gostudiopro.com/online/dynamicperformers
2. Communication
2.1. All important class updates and announcements will be posted via our portal. These may include last-minute class changes, notice of upcoming events, and payment reminders.
2.2. Families must keep their contact information (email and password) up to date to ensure continued access.
2.3. If you would like an additional family member to receive communications, please contact us so we can provide access.
3. Enrolment & Re-enrolment
3.1. Students are automatically re-enrolled in their current classes at the beginning of each term.
3.2. If you wish to discontinue classes, written notice must be provided at least 24 hours before the first class of the new term.
3.3. Enrolment is a commitment for the full term. We do not offer partial-term enrolments or pro-rated fees for missed classes.
4. Fees & Payments
4.1. Term fees will be issued at the beginning of each term and must be paid by the due date listed on the invoice.
4.2. Payment is required via the Studio Pro portal and can be made using either a credit card or direct debit from your bank account.
4.3. All fees must be paid in full by the end of the term unless a prior personal arrangement — such as a payment plan — has been made with us.
4.4. Students with unpaid fees and no arrangement in place will not be permitted to attend classes in the following term.
4.5. Please contact us early if you experience financial difficulties — we are happy to discuss flexible payment options.
5. Student Conduct
5.1. DPA is committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for all students.
5.2. Students are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy, respect, and inclusivity at all times.
5.3. DPA reserves the right to terminate enrolment without notice if a student or parent/guardian engages in behaviour deemed seriously disrespectful, disruptive, or abusive.
6. Medical Emergencies
6.1. In a medical emergency where a parent or guardian cannot be reached, DPA staff may act in good faith to seek appropriate medical assistance, including calling an ambulance if required.
6.2. Any associated costs (e.g. medical, transport) remain the responsibility of the student’s family.
6.3. Please provide all relevant health or medical information (including allergies, behavioural or support needs) during enrolment.
7. Photography & Media Consent
7.1. DPA may take photos or videos during classes, performances, or events for promotional use (e.g. website, social media, printed materials).
7.2. All such media remains the property of DPA.
7.3. If you do not wish for your child’s image to be used, please notify us in writing.
8. Privacy
8.1. DPA respects your privacy and does not share personal information with third parties.
8.2. Personal information is collected only for class administration, safety, and communication purposes.
9. Liability Disclaimer
9.1. While all reasonable care is taken, DPA is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during classes or on the premises, except where required by law.
9.2. Participation in classes is at the student’s and family's own risk.
