This Privacy Policy applies to all organizations operating under the leadership of Carl & Candice Kincaid, including White Bluff Ballet & More, Faith Christian Co-Op/Tutorial, and The Abbey (collectively referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our students, families, members, and guests. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of personal information, as applicable, during enrollment, event registration, or program participation:
Student name, age, date of birth, and relevant health or developmental information
Parent/guardian name, email address, mailing address, and phone number
Class or program selection and scheduling details
Payment details (when processed through Studio Pro or other platforms)
Photos, videos, and likenesses (with consent)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
Register participants for classes, programs, tutorials, or events
Maintain attendance and communicate with families
Send class reminders, updates, weather or closure notices via text, email, or phone
Process tuition, registration, and event-related payments
Create promotional materials or social media posts (if photo/media consent has been granted)
We do not sell, rent, or distribute personal information to outside parties.
3. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Because many of our students are under the age of 13, we comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Personal information for children is collected only from parents or legal guardians and is used solely for internal educational and operational purposes.
Parents/guardians may:
Request to review or update their child’s information
Withdraw consent for media or promotional use
Request deletion of their child’s information
4. Third-Party Services
We use Studio Pro for registration, scheduling, attendance tracking, and some payment processing. Families may also submit payments via Venmo, Cash App, cash, or check. Please be aware that these third-party platforms may have their own privacy policies and data handling practices.
5. Data Security
We take appropriate steps to protect your information. Although no method of data transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, we strive to safeguard your data through reasonable technical and administrative means.
6. Media Consent
When you enroll or participate in our programs, you may be asked to consent to photo or video recordings. These may be used for promotional purposes, internal documentation, or social media.
You may withdraw consent at any time in writing.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
Access, review, or correct your personal information
Opt-out of promotional communication
Revoke media/photo consent
Request deletion of your or your child’s information (except where records must be retained for legal/accounting reasons)
