I give permission for Soulshine Dance Arts Inc.to use photography images or video taken of my child in class, events, performances, camps to promote Soulshine Dance Arts. Images may be used in brochures, website or social media. I also understand that no compensation, fee or royalty will be payable to me for those images or videos taken.
