Ursula Smith Dance is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our students and families.
All personal information collected through enrollment, registration, payment processing, and the Parent Portal is maintained securely and used solely for the administration and operation of Ursula Smith Company,Ursula Smith Dance and Ursula Smith Presents The Brown Sugar Nutcracker®.
We do **not** sell, rent, lease, or share personal information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Information is shared only as necessary to process payments, operate our registration software, or comply with applicable laws.
To protect the privacy of every family,client Ursula Smith Dance will discuss account information, financial matters, payment history, enrollment details, schedules, and student records only with the primary account holder listed on the account.
If the primary account holder would like another individual to receive studio announcements, newsletters, or general email communications, they may add that individual's email address to their Portal account. **However, the addition of an email address does not authorize Ursula Smith Dance to release confidential account information or discuss account-specific matters with anyone other than the primary account holder.
