Tuition & Payment Policies
Tuition Policy
* Tuition is due on or before the 1st of each month.
* Tuition is considered late after the 15th, and a $15.00 late fee will be applied on the 16th.
* If a payment is missed, you will be required to place a second form of payment on file. In the event of another missed payment, the secondary method will be charged.
* Students with accounts that are more than 90 days past due will not be allowed to participate in class. They will be required to sit and observe until the balance is paid in full.
* Three or more weeks of attendance in a month is considered a full month of tuition.
* Monthly tuition payments are non-refundable. While you are not financially committed for the full year, once tuition is paid, it will not be refunded.
* No monthly statements will be mailed. However, statements may be requested at any time by contacting Amber Jenkins.
Registration & Fees
* Annual Registration Fee: $55.00 per student, due at the time of registration.
Registration fees are non-refundable as they secure your child's spot in class. Note: There is no registration fee for summer sessions.
* Recital Fee: $55.00 per family, due in March in order for your child(ren) to participate in the recital. This fee is non-refundable.
* Costume Payments: Costumes will not be ordered until full payment is received. Please be prompt to ensure timely delivery. This fee is non-refundable.
Payment Methods
* Parent Portal (DanceStudio-Pro):
We strongly encourage using the portal for payments to ensure transactions post instantly.
* Auto-Pay:
Set up through DanceStudio-Pro to debit your checking/savings account or credit card on the 1st of each month, helping avoid late fees.
* Check:
If the name on the check differs from the student’s, please note the student’s name on the memo line.
A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
* Cash:
An office attendant will provide a receipt for all cash payments.
* Credit Card:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. (Cards must have a chip.)
Arrival & Safety Policies
* Parents must walk students to the door for drop-off and come to the door for pick-up.
Do not allow children to walk across the parking lot without a responsible adult.
* AIM is not responsible for students dropped off prior to their class time. Students should arrive just before class starts and be picked up promptly when class ends.
* AIM is not a daycare and cannot supervise children outside of their scheduled class time.
* Students must arrive on time to class in order to properly stretch and warm up. Late arrivals increase the risk of injury.
Payment Agreement
By accepting this agreement, I acknowledge and understand the following:
* I am aware of my monthly tuition obligation.
* I agree to pay tuition on or before the 1st of each month.
* I understand that late payments will result in a $15.00 late fee or may lead to my child being unable to participate in class.
* I have read and understand the policies and procedures of Art In Motion Dance & Gymnastics Academy.
