For dancers under the age of 13, Artflux Dance Lab complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Parental or guardian consent is required for the collection, use, and online publication of any personal information or media involving dancers under the age of 13. This consent is obtained through the enrollment agreement and Photo and Video Release signed at the time of enrollment.
Your Rights
Families have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information on file with Artflux Dance Lab at any time by contacting us at artfluxdancelab@gmail.com. Requests will be addressed within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable Michigan and federal law.
Consent
By enrolling at Artflux Dance Lab and signing the enrollment agreement, the parent or guardian acknowledges and consents to the collection, use, and storage of personal information as outlined in this policy. This consent is a condition of enrollment and participation in any Artflux Dance Lab program.
