By enrolling in or purchasing any program, class, or service offered by Ballet Etude Academy (“the Academy”), the student and/or their parent or legal guardian (“the Client”) consents to the collection and use of personal information as outlined herein.
The Academy may collect and retain personal information including, but not limited to, the Client’s name, address, telephone number(s), email address(es), relevant medical information, and, where applicable, payment details such as credit card or bank account information. The Academy may also maintain records related to enrollment status and the services or products rendered.
Such information is collected directly from the Client and is used solely for the purposes of providing Academy services, administering enrollment, processing payments, and fulfilling related administrative responsibilities.
The Academy may, from time to time, use the Client’s contact information to distribute communications including program updates, promotional materials, and other information deemed relevant. Clients may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting the Academy at the number provided below.
The Academy shall not sell or disclose personal information to third parties, except where required by law or as necessary for the purpose of lawful debt collection. In such cases, information shall be shared only with appropriate safeguards to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data.
All personal information is securely stored, whether in physical or electronic form, and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
