* Process enrollments and manage class scheduling.
* Communicate studio updates, schedules, and emergency notices.
* Provide a safe, supportive, and healthy learning environment.

3. MEDIA AND PHOTOGRAPHY CONSENT
During the season, we may take photographs and video footage of classes, rehearsals, and performances. These materials may be used for educational and instructional feedback for dancers, studio promotional materials (including our website, social media channels, and program guides), or theatrical backdrops and showcase projections.
NOTE: We respect your family's privacy. If you do not want your or your child’s photo or video used online, you can easily sign our official Photo Opt-Out Form directly within your Client Portal at any time.
4. DATA SECURITY AND STORAGE
We employ industry-standard physical, technological, and administrative security measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our databases, online registration portals, and internal systems are regularly updated and monitored to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Please note that essential operational emails regarding schedules, safety, and billing cannot be opted out of while actively enrolled.
