Photography & Marketing Release Form

At In-Step Dance Center, we love to highlight our dancers' talent and hard work! We often take photos and videos during classes, performances, and events to celebrate our students and share the joy of dance with our community through our website, social media, print materials, and promotional content.

I give permission for In-Step Dance Center to:
[✓] Photograph and/or videotape my child during classes, rehearsals, or performances.

[✓] Use images and/or videos of my child for promotional purposes including, but not limited to:

Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

Website and online advertising

Printed materials such as flyers, brochures, and posters

Newsletters and press releases

I understand that:
My child’s last name will never be published in any public materials.
These materials may be used without further notification or compensation.
This release remains in effect as long as they are enrolled in a class at In-Step Dance Center, unless revoked in writing.
