The Centre School of Dance is a faith-based studio. Classes may begin with prayer, incorporate Christian music, and include short devotionals as we cultivate excellence, encouragement, integrity, and Godly values.
_TUITION
Tuition is divided into 10 installments due July 15 - April 15 and drafted automatically from the payment method on file. Tuition reflects enrollment for the full dance season and is not prorated due to absences.. The non-refundable Annual Membership Fee is due at registration and is auto-drafted annually on June 1.
Withdrawal & Season Commitment
Enrollment constitutes a financial commitment for the full dance season.
Enrichment Division: withdrawal deadline Nov 1
Graded Division: withdrawal deadline Sept 30
Withdrawal before the deadline requires a 30 day noice.After the applicable deadline, families remain financially responsible for tuition through April 15, regardless of attendance. Withdrawal from classes does not cancel the financial commitment for the season. Remaining tuition will continue to be drafted monthly or may be paid in full at the time of withdrawal.
Participation & Attendance
Accounts must remain current for dancers to participate in classes, rehearsals, performances, and outreach events. Accounts 30 days past due may result in suspension of all studio activities.
Students with 6 or more absences after Jan 1 may not be eligible to perform in the concert unless approved by the studio director.
Studio Policies
Classes canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances may be rescheduled, provided virtually, or have make-up classes available.. The Centre may provide substitute instructors when necessary. Tuition is not refunded for weather-related cancellations.
Students may not be dropped off more than 15 minutes before class and must be picked up promptly due to limited supervision. Families are responsible for staying informed through studio email and portal communications.
__________ Studio Protection
To protect the integrity of The Centre School of Dance community, families and dancers agree not to solicit or recruit current Centre students, families, assistants, or staff to participate in outside dance programs, classes, or performances that compete with The Centre.
Studio choreography, curriculum, music selections, and performance concepts are the creative property of The Centre School of Dance and may not be reproduced, taught, or performed outside the studio without written permission.
Participation at The Centre may not be used to promote or organize outside dance classes, workshops, rehearsals, or performances involving current Centre students during the dance season.
The Centre reserves the right to adjust tuition or fees during the season if necessary, with advance notice.
I agree to hold harmless Priya Centre LLC (The Centre), its teachers, staff, and special guests of any injuries I or my child may sustain while attending dance camp, classes, rehearsals, performances, and events held in the studio. This agreement includes any staff or workers of any outside facilities at which performances or rehearsals may be held. I accept full responsibility for any such injuries or damages. I also give faculty and guest teachers permission to appropriately touch my child as necessary for safe and effective instruction.
I further agree the Priya Centre LLC (The Centre) shall not be held liable for any theft or loss of personal property.
I understand that Priya Centre LLC (The Centre) may use my or my child's name, pictures, or video of my/their participation in its program, for marketing and promotional purposes, with no obligations or liability to me.
