CML Registration Waiver
Welcome to Colorado Movement Lab! We’re thrilled to have you in our dance community. Please review the following key policies and agreements.
Payment Terms
-Tuition and fees must be paid before the start of each class, month, or program.
-All Studio Pro accounts require a valid credit card or ACH (credit cards incur a 2% fee).
-Tuition posts on the 25th and runs via Auto-Pay on the 1st of each month.
-A $50 late fee applies after the 5th.
-Students may not attend class until overdue balances are cleared.
Refund Policy
-No refunds for tuition, fees, or charges.
-Drop-ins may be canceled 24 hours in advance for class credit; no credits for late cancellations.
Enrollment Changes
-Email info@comovelab.com by the 20th of the month for schedule changes effective the following month.
Attendance & Make-Ups
-Notify us of absences via Studio Pro, email, or text.
-Make-ups must be taken in the same or lower level and completed within 4 weeks of the absence.
-Style substitutions are allowed (e.g., Jazz Lab for Ballet Lab).
-No refunds or credits for missed classes for any reason, and no credits carry into the next semester.
-Withdrawing from CML forfeits all remaining make-ups.
CML Cancellations
-If CML cancels due to weather, instructor absence, or other circumstances, we will provide make-up options.
INJURY, TUITION & PHOTO RELEASE
Assumption of Risk
-I understand that participating in dance classes, rehearsals, performances, and related activities involves inherent risks, including physical injury or property damage. I voluntarily assume all risks on behalf of myself/my child.
Release & Indemnity
-I release and hold harmless Colorado Movement Lab, its owners, instructors, employees, volunteers, and agents from any claims related to my/my child’s participation.
-I agree to indemnify CML against any claims arising from injury, loss, or damage caused by or sustained by me/my child.
Tuition & Fees
-I acknowledge CML’s tuition and fee policies and understand that CML does not provide refunds or credits under any circumstances.
Photo Release
-I grant CML permission to photograph or record me/my child for promotional or educational purposes. I waive any right to inspect or approve materials. I release CML from any claims arising from the use of such media.
Agreement of Terms
Enrollment confirms understanding and agreement to all CML policies.
