By enrolling at Kickin’ It Dance Co. (KDC), you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Registration & Tuition
Registration Fee: $35 per dancer / $65 per family (annually, non-refundable).
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month.
Each additional class adds an additional fee.
10% sibling discount for each additional sibling.
Late payments will incur a $10 late fee plus a $10 service charge for each attempted collection.
Tuition is non-refundable and will not be prorated for missed classes, holidays, or discontinued attendance.
After registration, a dancer’s spot is reserved and the parent/guardian is responsible for all tuition unless formal withdrawal is submitted (see below).
To withdraw from classes, written notice must be submitted by the 25th of the month to adjust any automatic payments. Verbal notice is not accepted.
Prepaid tuition, registration fees, costume fees, competition fees, and processing fees are all non-refundable.
Costumes & Performances
Participation in performances requires the purchase of a costume.
Costumes range from $100–$150 and include tights, shoes, and all required pieces.
A $60 deposit is due in October, with the remaining balance due in November.
Costume fees are non-refundable once orders are placed.
Attendance & Participation
Regular attendance is crucial for dancer progress and class consistency.
Students with excessive absences may not be included in performances or may be moved to a lower level.
If a dancer misses class within 2 weeks of a performance, they may be removed from the routine.
Dancers must arrive on time to participate in warm-ups, which help prevent injury.
Students must be picked up promptly after class. A $25 late pickup fee will be charged after 10 minutes.
Observation & Dress Code
Parents/guardians may observe classes via KDC's internal camera system.
We understand some dancers may need encouragement during their first few classes.
Dancers must follow the studio dress code:
Proper dancewear, required shoes, and hair secured away from the face.
No jewelry, watches, or other distractions allowed during class.
Private Lessons
Private lessons are available upon request.
Missed or no-show private lessons will still be charged.
Holiday Closures
KDC follows the Canyons School District calendar and will be closed on major holidays and most scheduled school breaks.
