INFINITY DANCE ACADEMY LIABILITY WAIVER
1. Assumption of Risk
The undersigned Participant acknowledges and agrees that dancing, physical exercise, and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury. By participating in classes, events, or other activities at Infinity Dance Academy, the Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with such activities, whether known or unknown.
2. Waiver and Release of Liability
In consideration for being permitted to participate in Infinity Dance Academy’s dance programs and activities, the Participant agrees to release, waive, and hold harmless Infinity Dance Academy, its owners, employees, contractors, instructors, agents, and affiliates (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, and causes of action arising out of or in any way connected to any injury or damages sustained while participating in dance classes, events, or other activities at Infinity Dance Academy, even if the injury or damage is caused by the negligence of the Released Parties.
3. Medical Conditions and Fitness
The undersigned Participant affirms that they are in good physical health and capable of safely engaging in dance-related activities. The Participant acknowledges that it is their responsibility to inform Infinity Dance Academy of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that may affect their ability to participate in classes.
8. Acknowledgment of Understanding
By signing below, the undersigned Participant acknowledges that they have read this Agreement, understand its terms, and voluntarily agree to its contents. The Participant also affirms that they have been given the opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification on any of the terms of this Agreement.
