Parent,
I just want to say I appreciate everyone who participated in the team fundraiser and those who are on all current with their payments. This was a TEAM fundraiser, and the team was required to participate with the raffle. Starting October 25th, if your account is more than $100, please do not return to practice until your account is current. This also means that if your child's account is not current, they will not be able to perform or travel due to not being able to attend practice. I have worked with everyone the best way I can, but due to a lack of participation when it comes to team fundraisers, ( only 2-3 times a year) moving forward there will be consequences and it will be charged to your account with the additional fee, discussed in the meeting. Starting immediately Any tuition that has not been paid by the 15th, your child cannot return to practice until its paid in full plus late fee. All of these terms are in your contract that you accepted once you became a part of this organization. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any concerns. Thank you in advance
