Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy
Our dance season runs from September through June.
If you wish to withdraw your dancer from a class for any reason, you must notify The Movement Studio (TMS) by email or phone. This allows us to update our enrollment and offer the available spot to a student on our waitlist.
Advance Notice Required: A withdrawal form must be completed or written notice must be sent to themovementstudio.us@gmail.com before the first class of the new payment period in order to avoid being charged for the upcoming month’s tuition.
Tuition Already Posted: If notice is not received before tuition is posted for the month, the account will remain responsible for that month’s balance.
Formal Withdrawal: Tuition will continue to be due until the student has been formally withdrawn from the class by TMS.
Verbal Notice: To ensure your withdrawal is properly documented, written notice via email or a completed withdrawal form is required.
