REIGISTRATION FEE: A non-refundable annual registration fee of $50 per student is required within the first month of registration.
TUITION: Tuition is due by the 15th of each month. A late fee of $10 late fee will be added on the 15th, with an additional $10 per month added after the 30th day of the month.
Withdrawal and Refunds: Refund requests will be addressed by Missoula Irish Dancers on a case by case basis.
CANCELLATIONS: Classes may be canceled due to extreme weather conditions or other such unusual circumstances. If a class is canceled, we will make a reasonable effort to reschedule the class at a future date/time.
DRESS CODE: All students are to wear shorts, skirts, or leggings that allow instructors to see the knee and foot placement. Appropriate footwear must be worn for all dance classes. All dance students must have gillies (girls) or black jazz shoes or reel shoes (boys). Dance students in Fortress/Mystic and higher levels must have hard shoes at the instructors discretion.
DANCE CLASS ATTENDANCE: Please notify Missoula Irish Dancers should you expect your child to be absent from class via the portal.
EVENTS: Missoula Irish dancers will provide information regarding studio hours, performances, activities, etc., via email, newsletters, whiteboards, school website, and/or the parent portal. It is the parents/students responsibility to regularly maintain awareness of these communication tools, as well as providing MID, in writing, with any changes to mailing address, telephone number, email address or payment information.
PERFORMANCE FEE: Depending on the performance we occasionally charge a $10-$20 performance fee for all participants.
