As a parent and/or student, I am aware that Ashleigh's Dance Shack takes photographs/video/digital recordings for promotional purposes. I grant ADS, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs of me, my child and/or my property in connection with the above-identified subject. I authorize ADS, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that ADS may use such photographs of me and/or my child with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising and all Web content.
