Please read each of the following terms.
__________ Tuition
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month and will be processed automatically using the card on file. Auto‑Pay is required for all team members.
__________ Surcharges
A 3% surcharge applies to all credit card payments.
A 1% surcharge applies to all debit card payments.
These fees go directly to the payment processor.
__________ Klarna Option
You may apply for Klarna at checkout to help keep your account in good standing and avoid late balances.
__________ Missed Practices
There are no refunds or prorated tuition for missed practices at any time during the season.
__________ Additional Practices
Extra practices may be added before major competitions. No additional fees will be charged for these hours.
__________ Canceled Practices
Practices may be canceled due to holidays, competitions, or inclement weather. No reimbursements will be issued for canceled practices.
__________ Delinquent Accounts
Athletes cannot participate in practices or competitions if their account balance is not current.
__________ Extended Travel Teams
Extended travel teams may have additional competition and coaching fees for major events such as bid competitions, Dance Worlds, Dance Summit, US Finals, etc.
__________ Payment Methods
We DO NOT accept checks.
All families must have a valid card on file and remain enrolled in Auto‑Pay.
