5) Photo/Video Practices and Opt-Out Requirement

Photos/videos and show recordings are addressed in our Photo/Video Release (separate from this Privacy Policy). We may take and use photos/videos for studio purposes as described in that release, including recordings for performances, programs, studio promotions, and marketing.

If you do not want photos or videos of yourself or your student(s) used by the studio, you must notify us in writing by email at Brooke@stgmusic.com
. Your email must include:

the full name(s) of the enrolled participant(s), and

what you are requesting (no photo/video use, or specific limitations).

Opt-out requests will take effect 30 days after we receive written notice, to allow adequate time for production, printing, scheduling, editing, and administrative processing. Until the opt-out effective date, the account will be treated according to the permissions on file and the Photo/Video Release terms.

Materials already created or in circulation are not subject to removal. This includes, without limitation, items that have already been printed, distributed, posted, published, recorded, edited, produced, or shared prior to the opt-out effective date (for example: recital programs, flyers, advertisements, videos, social media posts, website pages, and show recordings). Resonance Studios is not required to recall, delete, or edit previously produced materials.

Please note: certain classes, events, or performances may require photo/video participation or recording for operational reasons (such as recitals, showcases, or productions). Opting out may limit participation in specific activities.

6) Communication Preferences

By enrolling or providing your contact information, you consent to receive studio communications that are reasonably related to your enrollment and participation (e.g., scheduling, billing, studio updates, event information, policy notices). You may request communication preference changes by emailing Brooke@stgmusic.com

We retain information as long as reasonably necessary for studio operations, including:

enrollment and instructional records

billing/account records

communications and policy acknowledgments

dispute resolution, safety, and legal compliance

We may retain certain information even after a student stops attending, especially where records are needed for business, legal, accounting, or policy enforcement purposes.

8) Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information; however, no system can guarantee complete security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal login information and for keeping your contact and billing details current in the portal.

You may request to review or correct certain account information by contacting Brooke@stgmusic.com
