IMPACT Dance Privacy Policy
The privacy of your personal information is very important to IMPACT Dance. We will not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party. Special care will be taken to protect the privacy and security of your information. This policy explains our information practices and the way that IMPACT Dance collects and uses your information. This Privacy Policy covers the information you provide to us offline and on the IMPACT Dance Parent Portal.
When you register for classes at IMPACT Dance, we collect contact information such as parent/guardian names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail address and student information such as names, birthdays, grade, etc. This information is needed to manage studio business and will not be used or sold for any other purpose, except as described below.
IMPACT Dance will access your personal information and/or share it with third parties only for the following purposes:
-as needed for studio business
-if required to do so by law or to comply with legal process
-to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the public.
Special Note Regarding Parent Portal Use By Children - The Parent Portal is neither directed to nor designed for use by children – i.e., anyone under eighteen years old.
